The United States is the second most interesting country, followed by the United Kingdom.
Other countries with interesting citizens include Brazil, Argentina, China, India, the Philippines and the United Arab Emirates.
The list also includes the United States, France, Israel, the United Nations and the Vatican.
This week’s poll, conducted by The Economist Intelligence Unit, was based on responses from 3,000 respondents from across the world.
The findings are based on an extensive study of the topics that are most talked about on the web in 2016, including topics like social media, technology and technology-related news.
